Excellent Central Hotel

I stayed in late November. The location was convenient with many places within a short walk. The staff was helpful and cute. I received balloons and chocolates in my room because I booked a suite for a birthday celebration. The food was good. I also tried some restaurant food. Breakfast was included, and oat milk was available.

The location proved central and near everything. It was a five-minute walk to the central station. The room was big and very clean. The bathroom included lots of products (perfect for a romantic getaway).
The access to the hotel was not practical. I needed to use the guest card to release the entrance itself, this generated some discomfort. The internal structure felt tight and lacked an adequate entrance hall.

I found the toilet layout slightly inconvenient. It required exiting to reach the sink for hand washing.

Satisfactory Stay

friendly staffquiet roommessy check-inwrong room price
The room was ready early. The staff member at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet and nicely decorated. It was close to the train station and walkable to the main sights.
Check-in was messy. I waited thirty minutes to get checked in and then I got overcharged. It took a long time to sort everything out. I received another bill after leaving for a bottle of champagne that I did not consume.
